Terms of Operation.

01. Nature of the Holding Entity

MDM Global Holdings Private Limited ("The Company") operates exclusively as an enterprise software holding and capital deployment entity. The Company is the architectural parent and proprietary owner of various digital assets, including but not limited to RentalCheck.in, ClauseDrop.com, and FinalDemand.org. The Company does not directly provide legal advisory, real estate brokerage, or direct-to-consumer digital services.

02. Subsidiary Independence & Liability Shield

Each subsidiary operates under its own distinct logic engines, data schemas, and market mandates. Users transacting with, or utilizing the services of, any subsidiary (e.g., executing a smart contract via ClauseDrop or initiating a statutory notice via FinalDemand) are bound strictly by the End User License Agreements (EULA) and Terms of Service native to those specific platforms.

Under no circumstances shall MDM Global Holdings Private Limited, its Board of Directors, or its shareholders be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of its operating subsidiaries.

03. Intellectual Property Rights

All codebase, algorithms, Zero-Trust architectural blueprints, UI/UX designs, and trademarks associated with MDM Global Holdings and its subsidiaries are the exclusive intellectual property of the Company. Unauthorized replication, reverse-engineering, or deployment of our proprietary logic structures will result in immediate statutory legal action.

04. Venture & Acquisition Dispatches

All pitch decks, financial data, and M&A inquiries submitted via our corporate routing desks (`ventures@mdmglobalholdings.com` and `acquisitions@mdmglobalholdings.com`) are treated as highly confidential. However, the submission of such data does not constitute a binding Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) until a formal digital contract is cryptographically executed by the Managing Director.
