02. DPDP Act Compliance
We operate in total compliance with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act. Corporate partners, vendors, and end-users engaging with our Central Operations Desk retain absolute sovereignty over their data. This includes the right to:
- Request a full audit of any personal or corporate data stored by the holding company.
- Demand the cryptographic erasure of records from our active databases.
- Withdraw consent for any ongoing communication or telemetry tracking.
03. Telemetry & Analytics
To maintain peak architectural performance across `mdmglobalholdings.com`, we utilize Google Analytics 4 (GA4). This telemetry is strictly limited to high-level behavioral routing (e.g., page latency, regional access). IP addresses are anonymized before processing. We do not bridge personally identifiable information (PII) into our corporate analytics stack.
04. Subsidiary Data Isolation
End-user data processed by our subsidiaries (RentalCheck.in, ClauseDrop.com, FinalDemand.org) is strictly siloed. MDM Global Holdings Private Limited does not aggregate, cross-reference, or sell consumer data across its subsidiary portfolios. Each platform maintains its own isolated MySQL schemas and independent Privacy Protocols.
